Crawford national adjuster promoted to Australia President 

Crawford & Company has promoted National Executive Adjuster Jonathan Hubbard to Australia President. 

He starts his new role on August 21, replacing Tim Jarman who is preparing to retire at the end of the year. The business had announced in April that Mr Jarman will be stepping down after 15 years with the company. 

Mr Hubbard joined the business in 2016 as Head of Business Development. Before Crawford, he spent 21 years at other national loss adjusting business where he held various senior management roles. 

After joining Crawford he was later elevated to Chief Client Officer and in 2018 took up his present role as National Executive Adjuster. 

“Jonathan has a proven track record of developing and growing business lines and their associated teams, with a focus on quality, technical ability and customer service excellence,” CEO of International Operations Andrew Bart said. 

“In addition, Jonathan’s knowledge of our operation in Australia ensures a smooth and successful leadership transition.” 

Crawford is one of Australia’s leading loss adjusting businesses and overall claims management providers in terms of market share. 

The US is by far the biggest market for Crawford and outside the US, the three largest regions in terms of revenue are Canada, Australia and the UK.
